01Talent is an international talent agency connecting companies with AI-native engineers trained on the 01Edu platform. This Privacy Policy explains how 01Talent ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit www.01talent.com or interact with us.

01Talent acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For data processed on behalf of our clients (for example, engineer candidate data shared during a staffing mission), 01Talent acts as a data processor under a separate data processing agreement.
